Residential Care

Residential Support Worker

Working directly with young people in our children's homes, providing day-to-day care, structure, and emotional support through the PACE model.

Leadership

Team Leader / Senior Support Worker

Leading and mentoring a team of support workers, taking responsibility for shifts, and contributing to the development of care plans.

Management

Registered Manager

Overall responsibility for a home — regulatory compliance, staff management, quality of care, and relationship management with placing authorities.

Support Services

Keyworker / Outreach Worker

Supporting young people in our semi-independent and supported accommodation services to develop life skills and transition towards independence.
